Membership Application.

Your application has two parts

A membership form in which we ask you for basic contact form, but also an optional section where we ask for a little more information. This additional information will help us identify members who may want to host visiting youngsters from France etc. It may also help us with pairing up members for the annual exchange.
A standing order form for the annual subscription.

Membership fees are Ł5.00 each for adults or Ł12.00 for families. Corporate Ł15.00

You can submit this request electronically or print it and return the entire form to: Yvonne Keeble, Membership Secretary, Cricklade & District Twinning Association, 22 Pauls Croft, Cricklade, Swindon, Wilts. If you submit the form electronically, please then print off the membership form and attach your payment.
